Just a note...
I just want to make sure that people understand that we are renting this house. We did not buy it. We can't afford to buy at the moment. We are also trying to decide if we can all stand living together (us and my mom) before we commit to anything. Also, we are a three income family. Makes it a little easier to afford the rent for a nice place. Things might change when we have a kid.

I remember now you saying you were renting. My mistake. But still, you have a grogeous house that makes me jealous. We live in a ancient apartment that needs some remodeling. Oh well, Russ should be done with school soon. Then I will look for a house as wonderful as your current one!
I have been blessed. Some of the furniture is my mom's and some I have collected over the years...I had enough stuff for my own place before I even finished high school. Gotta love bargains.
How much longer does Russ have? What is he studying?
